These terms and conditions govern your use of lhea.org.uk (herewith referred to as the "Website"). In using the Website; whether via computer, tablet or other mobile device, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") and any other applicable law. 

We may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon posting the update(s) to the Website. You agree to review these Terms of Use regularly to make yourself aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Website shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Website.

All content on the Website (except for 'User Generated Content'), including, but not limited to text, scripts, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features and all other content, is produced under the copyright laws of the United Kingdom and remains the property of Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy. All rights reserved.

(3) Restrictions 

You are only authorised to use the content displayed on lhea.org.uk for your own non-commercial use. Any other use is prohibited. The website has been principally designed to inform, educate and inspire. You agree, therefore, not to modify, copy, broadcast, republish (including republication on another website), sub-licence, or sell any Intellectual Property or content appearing on the Website (excluding ‘User Generated Content’), which may otherwise bring the website’s name or its associates into disrepute. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be interpreted as granting any license of intellectual property rights to you.

The Website is provided free-of-charge and on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis, without any representation or endorsement made, and without warranty of any kind: whether expressed or implied. It includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Website.

We make no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses, or anything else that may be harmful or destructive.

You agree to indemnify Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy and its associates against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Use, or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

We have a firm commitment to protecting your rights to privacy and outline below how we collect and use information about you, so that you can make an informed choice about using the Website. 

We will not obtain your personal data when you visit the Website, unless you choose to provide such information to us. You may decide to send us personally identifying information: for example, in an electronic mail message, by purchasing tickets and paying for school outings online or filling out a web-form that asks for this information. We use this information email primarily to respond to your requests; however we may also use your email to contact you in the future about matters relating to Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy or Lynch Hill School Primary Academy that may be of interest.

If you use the Website to request admissions information then we will normally store your contact details on a database. This enables us to send you other related information in the future. We do not sell, trade or offer this information to others.

We automatically collect some data about our users’ browser actions and patterns. This is aggregate data that does not identify any individual, but instead aids in improving our understanding of our users and their preferences. It also helps us develop our website and audit its use.
